About the principal
Experience built inside the work.
Norman Jones brings more than four decades of Rochester public-service experience to complex civic, operational, and community-facing work.
A grounded perspective
From daily operations to major capital programs.
Norman Jones, Sr. served the City of Rochester in a progression of leadership roles, including Recycling Coordinator, Manager of Building Services, Director of Operations, and Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Services.
His work crossed recycling, fleet, streets, water, parks, facilities, architecture and engineering, public-safety coordination, and large capital programs. That range gave him a practical understanding of how policy, infrastructure, budgets, people, and neighborhood expectations meet in the real world.
Today, NH Jones brings that judgment to municipal, nonprofit, and community-focused clients. His approach is direct: understand the real problem, bring the right people to the table, and help move the work from conversation to execution.
